张爷爷很有善良、厚道。不久前，一位阿姨急匆匆地推着电动车赶来，对爷爷说：“车子走不动了，可能是车胎坏了吧？”只见张爷爷先捏了捏轮胎，说：“这轮胎太破了，需要换一新的。”然后，他拿出一个新的轮胎，麻利地将自行车倒过来，将旧的拆下，换上新的。可在付钱的时候，阿姨发现钱包不见了，急得鼻尖上都渗出了汗珠。一问，知道这位阿姨是给孩子买药的，出门的时候明明带了钱的，这下可好，不但修车的钱付不起，连买药的钱也没有了。张爷爷看着她着急的样子，从身上摸出几张五元的钞票递过去说：“这点钱，你拿去吧，以后出门当心点。”阿姨连忙摆手：“这怎么行？不收修车的钱，我已经很过意不去了，哪能再要你的钱？”爷爷爽朗地笑着说：“人出门在外，总会有难处，互相帮忙，总是应该的，你就别推辞了。”阿姨收下钱激动地说：“您真是个好人，明天一定把钱还给你。”爷爷笑了笑说：“你快买药吧！这点钱就别放在心上了。”看着这一幕，一股暖流洋溢在我的心中。

张爷爷貌不惊人，但是在我心里，他是一个最美的劳动者。看着张爷爷，他不由得让我想到：正是无数像张爷爷那样的普通劳动者，在用他们勤劳智慧的双手，编织着伟大的中国梦！
