Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference. Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.
NO matter what the choice is, enjoy the process. In the process, your potential will be inspired and new discoveries,improvement and progress will come to you. These are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it.These make your life colorful.

hides behind the success of struggling against the thorn is a splendid
palace. i deeply know that if i choose the apples, i will give up a
precious opportunity of be***ing a queen; while if i choose to challenge,
i have to say farewell to the apples. which one should i choose?
just like the branch road, we have to make a lot of choices during our
lifetime. it is usually considered that we are choosing what to gain, to
own, but in my opinion, we are just choosing to give up.
choosing to be a teacher means giving up the life as rich as a business
man;
choosing to be a top student means giving up much leisure time in front
of the tv.
sure, it’s a torture, but we must judge carefully what is more
important, then give up the others. don’t think of them any more, just
focus all your spirit on what you are doing.
i myself, who is standing here, have already chosen to challenge in such

not long ago, i read this story in a magazine: there was once a group of
young people searching everywhere for pleasure but what they got was only
annoyance , melancholy and torture.
so they turned to socrates for advice on where pleasure lay. but instead
of giving any answers, socrates asked them to help with building a boat
first. the group of guys had to set about the task, laying aside their own
business of seeking pleasure. it took them a long time to cut down a tall
tree, gouging out the center. through painstaking effort, they made a
canoe out of the tree. they launched the canoe into a river, and then
rowed together in it, singing with joy.
socrates asked: “my children, do you have pleasure now?” they answered
in chorus: “we couldn’t be happier!” socrates added, “that’s it! whenever
you are too busy pursuing something definite to notice anything bitter,
pleasure will occur.”
from the story i got to know that pleasure always hides behind every
tiny thing that you are engaged in, and that you may only get pleasure
through hard work and creativity.
it also tells us that we might have no alternative but to experience
some pain in our daily life and in the process of seeking pleasure, or
sometimes tend to look for pleasure in material things, like a new car,
clothes, etc, but true long term pleasure ***es from within our soul and
spirit. so why not turn suffering into praising life, and turn tears into
the light in your heart, only in this way can we make it through and hold
the magical spark to light the fire of life.

Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all. As the title given, I am going to talk you about a way of treating people and things in life. My speech here basically includes 2 parts, in the former of which I‘ll describe you the present occasion we teenagers are in., as well as the reason behind. Then it’s about the several opinions of mine toward the case above.
Undoubtedly, every one of us has stepped into adolescence, a period of time where the most
exciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys, apparently become more ambitious. Girls, in some ways, start to dream and become more sensitive about the world. All in all, as if our emotions become much stronger, somehow we’re always trapped in circles and struggling against something that can’t be changed anyway. We complain about how fragile our friendship is, how little people know about us, how unfair the life is,etc. It seems that every time we fail, we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in, while never notice a problem inside ourselves, that we’re never satisfied.
Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.
Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead? You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone, you can enjoy it whenever you like, whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.
Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got, thankful that with each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day, thankful that the people we love are still in health, that we still got much to hold on. As a saying on website,” The world is tough, but I’m tougher.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

高中生具备了一定的英语词汇和语法知识，有强烈的用英语进行创造性表达的愿望，尤其是对社会热点或争议话题。但实践表明，值日生汇报的质量因个体写作能力差异体现出明显的不同：能力较强的学生口语准确而流利，思想表达顺畅，逻辑性强，有一定感染力和说服力；能力薄弱的学生语法或语音错误明显，观点不清，论点不充分，听众难以理解。
值日生报告质量取决于演讲稿写作，而写作水平又与多种因素有关，如学生的词汇量、语法知识、对话题的熟悉程度、驾驭不同体裁的能力等。为了了解学生害怕写演讲稿的原因，作者设计了一份问卷。

一是词汇、语法、句型、拼写、标点等方面需要改进，投入了大量的时间和精力，反复修改往往不理想。
其次，在英语写作中，对学生的逻辑思维能力和语言连贯能力的要求很高，需要教师的指导。
第三，评价形式比较单一，大部分学生认为单纯的分数评价对他们的书面表达没有太多实质性的帮助，他们更加渴望具体的、有建设性的指导。除了语法帮助外，他们还需要对内容和结构进行评论。
《普通高中课程方案（实验）》指出，“改进校内评价，实行学生学业成绩与成长记录相结合的综合评价方式”，具体而言，“学校应根据目标多元，方式多样，注重过程的评价原则，综合运用观察、交流、测验、实际操作、作品展示、自评和互评等多种方式，为学生建立综合、动态的成长记录手册，全面反映学生的成长历程”。可见，改进校本评价的过程是恢复课程评价失去的内在价值的过程，是素质教育的基本要求。对在岗学生的报告和评价制度做如下调整：

二、写作评价体系的内容
语音具有自己的特点：思维严谨，逻辑强，语言简洁，表达力强，结构多变，节奏感强。演讲稿的写作应从逻辑性、流畅性和准确性三个方面进行评价和思考。
（一）逻辑性
过去，英语教学把语言知识放在首位，忽视了对语篇结构和段落发展的指导。学生写出来的东西往往是信息感不强，逻辑性差，偶尔有了主题句（topic sentence），支持细节(supports/details)又不能很好地说明主题句，文章缺乏一致性、连贯性。以演讲稿开始段为例，应该把最重要的信息放在最前面，先用简洁的语言介绍演讲的话题、明确演讲的目的，以便听众准确地接收信息。

案例二：以下是一位高二学生以“a mistaken idea”为题撰写的演讲稿。她的段落主题句在概括段落大意方面发挥了非常巧妙的作用，使人一目了然。
